Our wedding will be in Traverse City, Michigan at The Peninsula Room (13512 Peninsula Drive) on August 29th, 2026. The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to find parking and get seated.

We’ve reserved a room block at the Hampton Inn Traverse City (about 20 minutes from the venue). Please check the Travel page for booking details.

Yes! Please join us the night before the wedding at The Parlor in downtown Traverse City. We’ll be there from 6-9 PM and would love to see you!

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and nicely shaded. Reception, including dinner and dancing, will be held inside with an easily accessible outdoor patio and fireplace.

Cocktail attire is appreciated. For women, that may look like a cocktail dress, pantsuit, midi skirt, or jumpsuit. Please wear low–to–mid heels or flats that work on grass and gravel. For men, consider lightweight suits or dress pants with a button up; tie optional. We're anticipating a warm August day, although the temperature may drop a bit in the evening with the breeze coming off the lake. We recommend bringing a light extra layer if you tend to run cold. If you have accessibility or comfort needs, please wear what helps you feel your best; we’re just excited to celebrate with you!

There will not be a shuttle on the wedding day, but many guests will be driving and may have extra seats. If you need a ride, please contact us before August 29th, and we’ll help connect you with nearby guests to coordinate carpools.

There is ample parking at The Peninsula Room; please follow venue signage for guest parking and accessible spaces.

For those staying at the Hampton Inn in Traverse City, we will be meeting downstairs for breakfast at 9 AM and saying our goodbyes in the lobby as folks leave.
